Hello People.

Had my practical test yesterday. This is the end result:


Didn't do too well with the Over Easy. Got it a bit burn. But at least I managed to flipped it! Proud of myself. And I also made rather decent French Omelette. Didn't bother doing the American one cause only one was needed. Poached Eggs was ok. So was the scrambled eggs.

After today, I'm not gonna be cooking eggs for a while. Can't stand the site and smell of them. Disgusting little oval shapes thingy! Fuck them.

Also, for your info, I wasn't the one that wrote Jap Boy on my plate. My chef did that. Trying to be funny. Was supposed to write my name BUT he purposely went and help me write "Jap Boy". Now, I'm officially called Jap Boy to him. We got one Korean, one Indian and now one Jap. ZZZ~!

Went to Ngee Ann Poly to visit Shane & Dickson. First met up with Chong. Visited his IT Block to grab his back. Was seriously AMAZED by the IT Block. It's some pretty cool shit man. They are using freaking APPLE COMPUTERS!!! Let me repeat that again. APPLE COMPUTERS!!! OMFG!! That's some insane shit right there. Must have cost a fucking bomb to the school. But Goverment funded so what the hell right?

Met Shane & Dickson at Our Space. It has become my usual meeting spot with them. Usually hang out there also before going for dinner. Played abit of Counterstrike: Condition Zero and Chong's Call Of Duty 4. I so wanna try the new Call Of Duty, which is COD 5 by the way. Seems to be alot of fun.

Dinner was at Ramen Ten at Clementi. Slacked there for a very very long while. Basically just talked alot of rubbish, e.g gossip. Like girl man.

Reached home around 11.20pm. Slept early cause had classes in the morning.

Today, had English test and presentation in the morning. English test should be a pass. Presentation abit of a garbage thing but should be fine. Took this fucking random picture during class:



So frigging funny, cause the teacher was looking at me, and I was looking at him. I am wearing a very cute cap. Just that you can't see the picture of the cap here. Had a picture of the cap, but I delete it.

I hate stupid presentations. Gonna have 3 next week. Can't stand it man. Must wear buisness attire to school. Then on Monday, I still got a practical class, so basically, I have to put my chef uniform in my bag and carry a shoe bag to bring my boots. So bloody annoying. But it's just this week. Looking forward to end of the week. SYF Fiesta coming up on Friday. 2 3-D movies on Saturday, and of course STARBUCKS! Gonna have to try something new. Anyone have any good recommendations? Something cold of course..

Currently listening to The Blackout's new album, The Best In town. Seriously awesome. ShutTheFuckUppercut has been on my blog for 3 weeks now. Gonna change it to another The Blackout song and more until I get sick of it.
